Our Carrot Cake is made with fresh carrots, and no raisins.
This delicious cake has lots of spices and walnuts in it. The cream cheese icing is made with real whip cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
You have to give this cake three days to age. Fresh carrot cake tastes differently than an aged one. The flavour is much better when aged.
This is an 8 inch cake and must be refrigerated at all times.
